Ledop - PALERMO

Out of three nights in Palermo, we spend two in this restaurant. The fact that we didn't speak Italian and the owner litte English didn't stop us in having one of the best dinners ever. We were made very welcome, the little restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food and wine were amazing. The (open) kitchen is open untill very late and prices very VERY reasonable.

When you are in Palermo, make sure you visit this little authentic open-kitchen and delicious restaurant! Le dop was an amazing experience for us. The food was excellent, we had absolutely no idea what we had ordered (we can't read or speak a word italian but we let them surprise us and the one dish was even better than the other!! The staff was so sincere and friendly and the prices made you feel like you end up eating for free. One warning: if you visit this restaurant the first day you are in Palermo, you won't see much more of the rest of the city ; Rutger &Willemijn

We were in Palermo for 6 nights and ate at Ledop for 2 of them. Had a wonderful experience both times! Wonderful, professional and attentive staff. We had read other reviews which made it sound like a sandwich shop, but we decided to try it anyway. Their evening menu is wonderful....be sure to start with the mixed antipasti platter which was soooo good. The first night my husband had the goulash and I had the duck confit...loved them both! The second time we both had the goulash (because he kept raving about it) and it was delicious! They also have a very nice wine list! Just a nice overall experience and not another tourist in sight!

Magnifico Ristorantino,con pochi coperti ma abbastanza spaziosi gli spazi. ragazze al servizio,molto gentili e veloci e gli ordini vengono presi dal propietario che segue la sala e le comande. la materia prima é di primissima scelta e tutto é squisitamente buono,dall'antipasto alla buonissima pizza. buona la cantina dei vini e la qualità delle birre alla spina. un piacere e goduria per le mie papille gustative.

Qualità eccellente. Servizio rapido, efficiente e cortese. Ampia scelta. Posto delizioso ed accogliente. Assolutamente da consigliare. Io vado sempre dopo il cinema alle 22.30.
