Wow, wow! from beginning to end an absolutely amazing experience. service was excellent, wee recommended were on point, eating was perfect from the anis aromatized brot until the lemon strips on the catch of the day fish. very much detailed and well thought-out concept. thanks for you!

I could not recommend this restaurant enough, it was a wonderful experience, service and eating were amazing, very high attention to food allergies and intolerances (my wife has some food allergies). all the dishes were well explained, as if we went through a trip during our dinner, a trip that brought us to taste the delicious Sicily flavors. thanks gagini restaurant!

The highest quality ingredients, respect before the local tradition, excellent selection of weeping, professional and friendly staff. I recommend caper ice cream for dessert and linguine with redfish, rusty, pine nuts and saffron. a special cry after mrs. melania, the booulangerie cook that makes wonderful brot. many of the dishes are gluten-free.

What a wonderful restaurant! We only had a few days in Palermo and decided to do a quick Google search for Michelin star restaurants. We were thrilled to be able to secure a booking for two with only one days notice often difficult for Michelin rated restaurants. This one did not disappoint. Food was both excellent and unusual, and we received great advice from the sommelier for some paired Sicilian wines. The staff were absolutely marvellous nothing overlooked, Would highly recommend it if you’re in Palermo!
