Cafe Del Mare Porto Pollo - PALAU

Very nice bar, nice staff, good coffe&brioche. You also have some vegan&vegetarian options and some toasts/wraps. It was our favourite bar on this beach.

Imagine the wind you cannot stand up. All you can do is windsurfing. Or hiding from the strong wind and watching windsurfers on the beach. The place to hide Cafe del Mare. Friendly and busy atmosphere.

This is one of the beach bars I look forward to when I know I’m going to Sardinia. Everything from the price to the quality of food is amazing. To top it off it had the best chilled music ever.

We had breakfast and we took coffee and bitter after lunch. friendly and helpful staff. there was the thread so a bit of waiting there was like in the other bars on the beach.

Visited Porto Pollo on a day trip and wanted a drink following our swim. Couldn’t have alcohol as I was driving and wanted something refreshing. Whilst stood in the queue, I saw a can of San Pellegrino which I didn’t recognise with an image of an unknown fruit on the can. When I asked the owner if it was Lemon flavour, he smiled and told me that I could try it and if I didn’t like it then he’d drink it. He poured a little very dark, cola coloured liquid into a glass which I then tasted. It was disgusting. I told him that I didn’t want it, we laughed and then I chose a different drink for me and a beer for my wife. Great service, lovely spot, great little beach bar.
