Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Palatine

Okay, I have to admit, my assessment is pretty biased. I have eaten regularly at popeye, but I'm just ordering an article. I love her spicy chicken sandwich and that's all I've ever eaten. the chicken is always moist on the inside but super crisp on the outside. the spicy taste is introduced in the sauce, and I always order with extra (dill) pickle slices.

First time dining in at Popeyes in Palatine. Rude service. No welcome, no smile, no answers about food selections. 2 questions were answered by the cashier pointing at a sign and saying “it’s right there”. Not likely to dine here again. I’ll spend my money where my patronage is appreciated.

Once again stopped at Popeyes 45 minutes before closing and they're out of half their food. As usual huge disappointment! Pretty sure this will be the last time I stop! Maybe I should try KFC so I won't be disappointed and to top it off they parked me!! French fries are called and premium lemonade with a really sweet with a metallic aftertaste Yum Yum

Rude staff with attitudes. Gave us chicken pieces instead of chicken tenders had to drive back and go inside to deal with it after waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive up. I will never come back, and I will make it my mission to make sure none of my followers come here either!

I was not impressed, even for a fast food chicken place. The chicken fingers were nothing special and the sides were sub par. I didn't care for the cole slaw or the beans/rice. KFC's sides are much better.
