Mcdonald's - Palatine

Here was a mcdump. none of the hands-anitaries worked at the whole place (I tried them all). After I had ordered for my grand and ordered me and after eating I went to the washroom to wash my hands. one of the hired who served me was on the knees pissing in the bowl. (stock door was open). in fairness kiddie play area was clean.

Horrible customer service. don't know what they're doing. got our order wrong and took extremely long.

As far as the food goes it was standard McDonalds food, but was hot! The staff is what pushed it above and beyond. Drive through was packed, lobby was also and the kiosks were not giving receipts so no one knew their order number but the staff never stopped, they pushed through and were still being friendly!

Every time I come here the drive through is closed or the inside is closed, yet I always see workers inside. The drive thru is slow and unreliable. Better options nearby.

5 stars to the gentleman who handled my order. I Had a misunderstanding using the mobile app and he patiently handled my frustration professionally. Wish i knew his name. He has good customer service skills! Thank you .
