Service is fine they mostly listen to families there. Dosa is not that good. A regular pizza is too small and costly .. Must try momos and Chinese food .

They serve the best chat papdi and faluda matka kulfi in town. You have options in North Indian, South Indian and continental food as well. The masala dosa and paneer naan was satisfactory. For people having a sweet tooth, the kewra lassi and ras malai are also a must try. The service is fast. A must go on your visit to Palampur!

We were passing through Palampur on the way to bir billing we thaught to take a halt in Palampur. While we asked locals where to have a quick bite they suggested us ' Joy ' so we landed here. We ordered nearly 4 plates of aloo tikki which was dam yummy. we literally loved the taste. We also ordered dahi chaat and butter plain dosa which was really great in taste. The restaurant was quite busy so Accordingly we could judge this place is quite good. Even the ambiance was elegant. A perfect place in the heart of the town, hygienic and fresh food. I ordered 3-4 items and the taste was really awesome along with the quantity and quality. Staff is very polite and service is good as well.
