I have always been a fan of pala bakers but my visit to this particular store was a brutal experience. Their special tandoor chicken biriyani was the *WORST* biriyani that I have ever had. The store wasn’t that busy and still it took a lot of time to get the food. The desserts were good. And they charged me 6Rs more for having two cutlets while sitting there. That is 11% markup for a cutlet that they sell for Rs.27 if you take out. Very bad experience
