Taco Bell - Paintsville

Love the taco.its affordable and spicy if you get the hot sauce

So food safety is a REAL issue with this Taco Bell!!! First off in November we caught COVID from an employee (manager) who was showing active signs of being sick. Then on our last trip the guy who made our food was wearing gloves but he proceeded to touch his hair, touch the front counter, then touch the sink in the back with dirty stuff then he proceeded to stick those same hands without changing gloves into the cheese and touch the food he was making!! There was no point of asking for a replacement since he had already contaminated all of the food he was putting his hands in!! We just ended up tossing the food away and going somewhere else!!

Love the Spicy Potato soft taco also the taco's are always made up as you order them cause you always have to wait till they get done making them for you but I'm ok with that.

Great, friendly, accurate service, and a very clean/well-kept Taco Bell!

Slow service due to lack of employees but the food was good.
