Papa Johns Pizza - Painesville

Great pizza, great service, friendly staff, I'll go every Sa. Got a great pizza last night. Good work.

I ordered a pizza today (15 June) and about 5 minutes later I received a call from Papa johns explained that there is a delay in delivery. The employee was very friendly about it. Of course I wasn't crazy about it and she thanked me for understanding. This is the first time that my order had ever been delayed, and the professionalism of this store is phenomenal. No pizza company has ever done if there is a delay in one order, and I would like to thank you for the employee that I feel like an estimated customer!

I work with door lock and Grubhub, and the crew here is always professional and friendly. They always treat you like family

Excellent store! Great customer service. Fast and on time. Wish they some cheaper pizza specials for single person households but you get what you pay for! Delicious!
