Firehouse Subs Hinesville In H

I need the owner to contact me immediately. There was a COCKROACH in my sub. Never in my life. Horrible.

Woooow. They really told my boss they were closed but the ppl that walked in 10secs later got to order food. Now we are sitting here hungry until 2pm when we go on lunchbreak. We will never come here again and we will make sure to tell ppl not eat at this location. Ive never had issues at the Brunswick location.

The Slowest Firehouse Sub I’ve ever been to. More than on occasions where they take 30 min to make one sandwich.

Ordered, one sandwich, and after 30 minutes of waiting I asked the gentleman how much longer it would be. He seemed confused and said we just making them as they are ordered. The young lady preparing the sandwiches said, sir we have lots of door dash, online orders, and uber eats orders that are ahead of you. It'll be ready after these next 8 sandwiches. Will not be returning to this firehouse. I just think it would have been nice to let a patron know there would be a wait, because of online orders ahead of you. Good food though. So I would say order ahead.

Had the Hook and Ladder this time, extra tomatoes and onions. Yummy! The workers were friendly and getting the food out in good time. The dining room was nice and clean. Will definitely be coming back!
