The Beer House - Paiania

Totally incompetent staff. Even though there weren't many people, the place didn't have any chairs. There were 4 empty tables because people were placing their bags on the chairs at other tables. I asked the guy behind the counter if he could give me a table with 2 chairs, but he refused telling me that the chairs were occupied. To which, very annoyed, I told him that the chairs are there, he just needs to tell his customers to leave their bags elsewhere since the chairs are for humans... nothing to do, he went on to talk to other people. I find it absurd and incredible, if I were his boss I would fire him on the spot. Francesco around 9.00pm on 01/21/23

Place to close. We waited 20 minutes to get a cold hamburger, we asked to heat it up and he brought it back to us after another 20 minutes, identical to the first: cold and above all inedible and at a 5-star restaurant price. Due to the wait they were about to miss the flight, we asked to cancel the order but the handyman waitress who barely spoke English kept saying It Is coming There was no manager to ask for explanations Something inconceivable!!!! Stay away from this place

It's all bar service which a lot of people couldn't grasp food is as expected, bar burger and fries. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €15–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

As there was not much of a choice to eat once you come to the gates we had no other option but to have dinner here. Prices were not horrible compared to being at an airport and looking at the portion. I was surprised to see that we also got fries and ketchup as it was not mentioned on the menu. We ordered the grilled halloumi burger. It was a tiny bit dry (needed a bit more sauce) but it was delicious so I am leaving quite satisfied. Food: 4
