Bidra med feedbackWe had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, even though we came for a late lunch they seated us quickly and served us promptly. The staff were very helpful and polite, always wearing a smile. The food was superb, with fast service and delicious flavors. The highlight was definitely the dessert, a special halohalo that was delightful. We will definitely be returning to this place with friends.
We spent nearly a week at Saud Beach and visited this restaurant for lunch and dinner almost every day. Each time, we made sure to try different dishes and were consistently impressed with the quality - some were good, many were great, and a few were truly awesome. The staff was kind and efficient, and the restaurant was always clean, even on rainy days. Surprisingly, even the spaghetti was delicious. There were a couple of dishes that didn't quite suit our preferences, but overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
Our tour guide took us to this restaurant for dinner in Pagudpud. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing time and it seemed like the staff were eager to go home. They kept pushing us to order their house specialty, pinakbet, but when we tried it, it was incredibly salty and inedible. When we mentioned this to the staff, they were dismissive and did not take our feedback well. Overall, our dining experience was disappointing.
Had a big dinner at this resto during our stay in pagudpud... nice ambiance, servers attended to us promptly, food are reasonably priced and tasted great... try their sinigang... it will surely tickle your tastebuds as it tickled ours...
I just have some concern with regards to the response of the owner of this restaurant. Since you are the owner, why would you have to call your customers idiots ? It 's really not appropriate knowing that you are the owner. People know that you are...only defending your restaurant, but customers also do have the right to write their opinions/reviews about what they experienced at your restaurant and it 's very disrespectful for you to use the word idiot . Since you are saying that you are the owner of this beautiful yacht club restaurant I assumed that you have a degree and came from a well bred family, but with the way you respond to your customer, I was so appalled. I 've been there as well, just last week, and I agree to the review written by qml2l (Food Disaster). There are flies everywhere, you are only using fans to keep your customers cool. Your staffs (wearing pink shirts) offered us a candle to keep the flies off our foods. I will never come back to this restaurant again, not because of the food, but because of the manner that this owner have shown to his/her customer.
