The owner of the restaurant is unpleasant and unwilling to collaborate with employees, yet expects perfection from them. They are lazy and negligent in administrative tasks, such as sending out deposit notices to banks. Despite attempts to address issues with the owner, they deny any wrongdoing. The food is somewhat overpriced for the quality offered. The dining experience is subpar due to poor management. However, there are some good managers among the staff. After unjustly firing an employee involved in a dispute, the owner gave a pay raise to a friend only to rescind it soon after.
