Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

First and last time I will ever eat there. The food was way overpriced for the quality of the food and service was straight terrible. First off the establishment was extremely dirty. I explained to the staff the Dr Pepper didn?t taste right and it?s like they didn?t care. So when I decided to order shakes since the soda wasn?t drinkable I told them that?s why I was ordering them and they didn?t care at all. They didn?t offer any type of compensation or anything. The shakes are small for the price: I paid over $15 for two medium chocolate shakes and one large chocolate shake. The fries were over cooked and way over salted. I might as well of dumped a packet of salt in my mouth. I stood their waiting quite while waiting for the shakes while two employees were busy flirting with each other or whatever instead of working. The female employee that was talking to other employee was drinking a McDonald?s slushy right in the kitchen area where food is prepared. I only saw two employees working which they were busting their butts trying to prepare orders while the others were just standing around.

Our burgers were really good. The kid's meal was as big as the adult meal. One tip if you want one of the Oreo ice cream cookies, order and pay for it with your meal and get it out of the freezer after you finish. It's cheaper that way (than buying it afterwards). I took off a star because of the ice cream we got. 2.99 for a cone with one small scoop (that didn't even fill up the cone) is pricey.

Very sad. We took our family there. One customer in front of us. Five minutes later NO one came to the counter to take orders. Several people walking around behind the counter and no one even acknowledged us. We left and walked over to Five Guys and were acknowledged as soon as we walk thru the door. Their food may be good but we will never know.

We arrived 15 minutes after the restaurant opened. We had to clean the booth table and seats to sit down. No ketchup in either dispensers. Floor had food under tables.. and garbage left from the night before. Place had the smell of garbage..and music was not what you want to hear when eating. The whole place was dirty. Will not be back... going to Steak and Shake from now on

I hate leaving bad reviews but it amazes me that a restaurant dining room is allowed to be that dirty. I have dined in twice and each time I barely wanted to touch anything it?s disgusting. If the front is that bad I can only imagine how dirty the cooking area is. It?s a terrible shame because the food is good and is reasonably priced but I just don?t think I can convince myself it is okay to eat there. Must be very poorly managed.
