Arby's - Paducah

Wanted an arbys French dip. I am sorry I went to this particular place. The cheese wasn't warm, not even soft or melting some. The meat was cut so thick, blech, I prefer the thin cuts arbys is known for. They forgot the fries that came with the meal. Had to go back and ask for them. The soft drink machine didn't dispense any carbonation, only watered down syrup. Nasty. The only redeeming thing was Rhonda at the register who took my order. She is very sweet.

Place was clean, representative was very friendly and nice and food came out quick and hot! Just moved to the area and haven't had Arby's in a long time. It was really tasty!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and when I opened it, it was three small pieces of chicken on a bun instead of a whole chicken patty.

Drive thru was amazing. I wish I knew the kids name. Ordered after service Sunday through through app. And went over to pick it up. Excellent customer service. Will definitely head back to that location in the future for sure.Thanks a lot.
