Bidra med feedbackGo here. Just go here. Stay 2 nights and relax in the tranquility. There is no pool or wifi, which is just great. It´s hard to find places without that : The 4 rooms are really nice, and we had one at the ground floor. Cleaning during day and beautiful restored stable ! . The surrounding forest is full of cork oak trees, and you can se 800 meters high mountains. Dinner is being served at 8:30, and that´s a little late for scandinavian children, but thats just fine. When in rome : The atmosphere is relaxed and the quality of food is high. Rustic, but very fresh and authentic. I love that the owner is there, taking are of the food and his friendly and very professional, staff. There is a lot of people who arrives here for the dining experience. Which I really understand. It´s a bit understated, in a very positive way. The price is very fair and since this is only 25 minutes from Olbia airport, it´s gonna be my future agriturismo, for the last nights on the island. I have been on sardegna in 3 weeks in total . Grazie Lucio! ce vediamo
Just a short review here. The Mages were here in September. There is only one option: you get served without a menu. Total cost for two with a bottle of wine is €70. Very good. ALL the ingredients are local, if not from the far itself. The food was very good, but by the time you 've reached the main course (Roast Pork) there is simply nowhere left in you to put it. The only way is to basically not each much of the first four dishes (especially the cheese Soup which is something you could build houses with. It 's really a shame they don 't warn you. Spoils the whole affect. The Mages had been at the restaurant RISTORANTE L ' EA CANA SAN TEODORO in Monte Petruso (Much closer to the main road) and when we ordered the a first course AND the roast pork our waiter told us we should really only order the pork and nothing else. And he was right. Sardinian Roast Pork means you leave room in your stomach first. And the first four courses were really typically rustic: Very filling, but nothing you couldn 't cook at home.
We were in this wonderful farm for two nights and ate here at the first night. he was excellent, the staff efficient and very friendly. it is so close to the overdeveloped stripes at the sea in san teodoro, but it is another, and much more beautiful world recommended.
I stayed (me and a couple of friends) at this place the night before we went for a scrambling and abseiling excursion with the group of Corrado Conca (see separate review here in TripAdvisor) at La Rocca de Li Banditi. This was the best decision. I was rested and relaxed the next morning before we started our program. I suggest to do the same, instead of waking up early and drive just before starting walking and climbing. The agriturismo is in the middle of the forest, looking at the mountains, a very special place. The rooms are spacious, with generous heating (it was unexpectedly cold outside), well equipped, sure above average in the category of agriturismi. I spent 40 euros because I was alone for a queen size bed accomodation, my friends spent 30+30 euros for a double room. It was low season, so no dinner and breakfast but the village is very close for a quick pizza at night or cappuccino in the morning. I missed the food only because I read in the reviews that eating here is also amazing ... a reason for coming back.
Excellent traditional Sardinian food and very friendly personnel. With arrival an aperitivo with snacks. Appetizers, first course, second course, dessert, about 5 or 6 together: grilled and fried vegetables, delicious ricotta, wild boar, pasta and so on. Too much to remember and certainly to eat all of it. Accompanied with Casteddu wine. And coffee with mirto in the end. Definitely worth 45 euro! Thank you Agriturismo Casteddu.
