Bidra med feedbackI always order their vegetarian noodles and vegetarian fresh spring rolls whenever I visit. This place has been my go-to lately, since I always crave some noodles. Their serving size for the noodle I get is BIG... worth the 215 pesos I pay for sure! One criticism I'd have to say is that they tend to be inconsistent with the quality. My most recent visit was by far the best one; I gulped down that soup. Love the new veggie additions and more flavorful broth. The fresh spring rolls were tasty! I craved for them but I wish it was a bit cheaper. Back then, it wasn't as good as the most recent, so I feel like they tried to improve their quality, as well as changing their menus (yeah I noticed :P). Service is really good, the manager is very accommodating. One issue though is the hoisin sauce in those little jars... pretty sure that hasn't been changed since they opened. Tastes pretty funky (change it pls for the love of god). Overall, I keep coming back to their restaurant for good reasons. I hope they keep up the improvements!

I was knocked down this afternoon (zzZzzz), and woke up to the calls of mother for a dinner. It was a rainy night and we wantes a hot noodle soup. We ended up at very unassuming vietnamese resto (yes i love everything viet) at 3rd floor of rob manila. Pho hoa used to be a good place of noodles but now, the place looks dated. The staff and service were a little slow. The prices are very affordable. We ordered fresh spring roll but gave us the fried instead. I didnt want to complain because it was just 135pesos and it was good enough for me. Then we had their beef pho, i must say that the broth tastes better than pho hoa (pho hoa's too salty). Very generous serving. The rice noodles tasted like your instant noodles bought from supermarket. For dessert i tried their pandan pudding (50pesos), it was ordinary.
What distinguishes Phobac from competition is the snack size order for their noodles. Ambiance is average and can be a bit crowded at times, but service is good
I think Pho Hoa is better. Beef Stew is no worth it 4 beef cubes and carrot cubes. You can't taste the punch of the Beef Pho...delivery was late
