The food in Sotero is absolutely wonderful, the use of local products and the way Aquiles combines ingredients make the dishes delicious. In addition, the service is great.

The restaurant is uplifted without care. The service, food, drinks, everything exceeded our expectations. There is definitely a focus on local food, but do not think that your options are limited. All Hidalgo geocultural regions are represented here. The mini... pastes are the best!

This is a restaurant run by Mexican celebrity chef Aquiles Chavez and his family, the food is extremely good, we had different starters, tuna tartar, beef taquitos and as a main chile en nogada which is on a special menu as is season for this...typical mexican dish and it was delicious, also they have a gin trolley which is prepared in form to of you in frozen glasses, nice touch, also it was a big plus as chef aquiles himself was bringing the food him self to most of the tables, we had also an explanation of the building where Sotero, as a tip Pachuca is about an hour from teotihuacan by car and is well worth to visit both in one day.

It was a very special meal and to know to chef Aquiles. We will definitely be back! Although the prices are high, for a special occasion it is an excellent place to visit.
