Bidra med feedbackSO, THIS PLACE IS NOT CLOSED AT ALL. There's apparently some mix up with another location in San Jose/Santa Clara and Yelp screwed over their listing. I've only got to try their Yook-Gye-Jang (spicy soup with shredded beef, veggies, glass noodles, and rice), and I love it! I only gave 4 stars for now because I don't want to be biased for the only dish I've tried so far. I moved here recently from the mecca of Korean food in California (Los Angeles), and I was craving a bowl of soup so badly. The Yook-Gye-Jang hits the spot! I will have to come back for an update after I try some other dishes. I do admit I was very skeptical since this place also serves burgers, teriyaki, and a whole spectrum of foods (they are interestingly located INSIDE of Paddock Bowl). How authentic can the Korean menu get when they also serve burgers? So far, the one thing I tried was great, I hope the next dish is just as good. Just give them a try... and try the Yook-Gye-Jang if you don't know what to get!
Ridiculous reviews!! I don't agree. How can you judge a KOREAN restaurant by fish and chips/soda/burgers someone orders? It's same as go to Steak House and give the rating based on the sushi you found on the menu. The food here is AMAZING! Just like a home cooked meal. Fresh and tastes soo good. The prices are good for the amount of food they serve. I would highly recommend this place to people who enjoy good quality KOREAN food.
Service was ****. Food ehhh. Portion small for the price. Not in a hurry to get back.
If you're even thinking of eating here....DON'T!! The food is DISGUSTING and uneatable! I work at a business around the corner and used to go there all the time when it was under the old management (i miss them and the food was out of this world. Everything was good. Even for the Asian style dishes (i always got the mixed tempura all the time and it reviled Japanese restaurants. Now....no! It was soggy, under cooked, they gave me the zucchini butt as part of the lunch (who does that?? it didn't come with rice or a salad like it had before as a meal. And who adds bell peppers to tempura? everything was gross. both my co-workers got the mushroom steak sandwich and it was soggy, had no cheese, it was bland...just gross. They both ordered a combo but the soda fountains were out of soda so we PAID FOR the side of fires and we didn't get them and then they tried to argue about it. A co-worker had previously got the fish and chips and said they were soggy and just not eatable. We figured it was a fluke due to them just opening. We were dead wrong. Do not give them your business. Go somewhere else. We all really wish we just went to good ol' Wendy's next door. Save your
