Bidra med feedbackWe absolutely enjoy having lunch at Santino's in Pace. I have visited multiple Santino's locations and they have all been fantastic, but the team at the Hwy 90 location in Pace is exceptional. The food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. It has become a beloved lunch spot for our work team. Thank you for the wonderful service and we look forward to coming back soon!
The Caribbean Pulled Pork Grinder I ordered was disappointing as it only had meat on one side of the sandwich. The lack of effort in its preparation was evident, with even the cheese only partially sprinkled on one half of the bun. It was a disappointing and unacceptable experience, especially considering the already limited portion of meat. It seemed like a lazy effort by the staff, which was quite disappointing. I did not enjoy my experience and would not recommend this restaurant.
This restaurant is extremely expensive and seems to be trying to mimic Hungry Howie's and other chain restaurants. There is a clear lack of identity at this establishment - it's unclear if they want to be a pizza place, a sandwich shop, or something else. The staff lacks urgency and motivation, yet still expects tips despite providing terrible service. Customers are left to get their own drinks and clean their own tables. I was shocked that they even brought the food to the table.
We are just now leaving and I have seen 4 people go back up because of either not cooked food or just wrong orders. The staff were very nice and that was a plus. But the food was not the best. I had the Italian grinder , my wife the ham and pineapple calzone both were not great and the calzone was still very doughy. The kids cheese pizza was very good and so were the wings.
We order takeout often! We absolutely love how fresh everything always is. So much more to try, but the Greek grinder and baked spaghetti with cheesy bread are some favs in our house!
