Ihop - Pace

The IHOP in Milton always has great service and the food is always good. We prefer the Milton location over the Pensacola location hands down.

Horrible takeout order. I ordered over medium eggs and got scrambled. The sausage was undercooked. I also ordered cinnamon delights and didn’t get any dipping sauces that are supposed to come with it. Ordered a steak burrito, and it didn’t have steak… Disappointed.

My family and I went for breakfast. Arrived around 10.05 am and were told we have to wait for a table. After 25 mins we were still waiting and I noticed that others who came after us were being seated so I approached the guy responsible for seating customers. It turned out that he had accidentally overlooked us, he apologized and got us a table immediately. As soon as we were seated the manager, Jennifer, came over. She was so nice! She kept apologizing and insisted on paying for our breakfast, even tho we said it's ok. We weren't expecting that at all. Thank u Jennifer! We were served quickly and all the waitresses were very nice. Everything tasted so good. It was our first experience at Ihop here in Pace. Definitely visiting again

Customer service is horrible.Ordered take out breakfast for esse when my children were in town.6 orders of pancakes completely omitted.Went back, and they charged me 33.00 additional . I did it for my children.Next order (give them another chance).Ordered the pablano omelet and a steak bowl at work ran to pick it up.Ended up with no pablno omelet and a steak and cheese bowl. Called them back and said supposedly manager would credit my account back and it was their fault.Never received the credit and never received my Pablano omelet.I have been to alot of IHOPS throughout the U.S.The 1 in Pace is top notch for horrible customer service!

Melody was a friendly and precise waitress. She made several return trips to our table to make sure we had what we needed and that everything was OK.She was pleasant to be around and we were very satisfied with her service.Parking: Plenty of room to park our dually truck.
