Ye Olde Bridge Inn - Oxton

We held a wake for my wife's funeral here. The setting was just perfect and Hannah and her team were excellent hosts, looking after all our needs. The food was excellent and the courteousness and attentiveness of the waitresses was exemplary. Thank you.

The food was fantastic again today. The Halloumi fries, Smoked Salmon Chowder and Sticky Toffee are off the charts! Lovely welcome from the team and what a legend that Paul is.

We booked a picnic for 2 on a day when the pub was participating in the Help to Eat Out Scheme. When we came to pay, we were told that the picnics did not have 50% off. This was not mentioned when we booked over the telephone or on their website. The lady at the till was not bothered that we had been misled and couldn't really be bothered to even apologize. The picnic was nice but not worth £15 per person and we would not have booked if we had known it was not half price. Very poor customer service.

We stopped here today for Sunday lunch. We all had the beef dinner. Food was great, service was great and we will definitely be back. Thank you

Fabulous sunday roast , completely fresh and tastes amazing. Lovely outdoor seating area and felt very safe as well distanced too. Friendly staff.
