Wingstop - Oxon Hill

The wings here are ok but the fries are always overcooked. Several times we get the incorrect order. The staff is ghetto as hell. I will be going elsewhere

This location is terrible. First off I placed an order for 25 boneless wings and only got 15. They then give me a credit. I try to redeem my credit which was a mess to start with. Anyway, i finally get the credit they owed me. But to put the topping on the cake this trifling location had the nerve to cut up tenders and gave them to me as boneless wings. This location will never get a dime of my money again. No need to complain again just to get even worst service.

When I order from here I order minimum 75 wing platter for my family. It's been a horrible experience each time. I've called corporate and left complaints with no call back or resolve. Every time I end up with free extra food but that's not why I go there. I just want to pay for what I order and get home to the correct food.

Very rude upon entering. I admit I came in rather late at around 11:37pm but they say they do not close until 12 so I'm assuming I can order at least until 11:50. The worker proceeds to tell me that they are only accepting online orders for the rest of the night and online ordering closes at 11:45. I go right back to my car and have my items in my online cart by 11:41pm. Upon attempting to checkout the app does not allow me and says that they restaurant is closed EVEN THOUGHT It is not midnight which is the advertised closing time. I understand workers need to be able to clean and get home but do not advertise that the store is open (which assumes it's taking orders) until midnight when that is not the case. I would also like the note that I have come to this restaurant at a similar time in the past and have not had this issue. Not sure if I'll be returning.

I just waited 1 hour and a half for 20 wings at 9pm. They need to let people know the wait time and not have people waiting for their orders for over an hour.
