Bidra med feedbackI 've been going to this Subway for a few months and it 's the only dining establishment I frequent because the other national/local restaurants either have very poor customer service/food, trite appearance or there 's an issue paying (i.e., cash only it 's in an economically depressed area). While small, they 're just as good as any Subway I 've been to (and the cookies, omfg still fantastic). Any truly noteworthy issues are largely due to asinine customers being demanding or downright ghetto. PROS: Food quality, mostly friendly (except when certain customers flip their ghetto switch to the on position). Accepts cards (I know this may be odd to point but in THIS area, I have to), NFC and QR payments. I believe they also have Wi Fi. They also have more toppings, beverages and chips than the app/website shows. CONS: Kind of small; can be hard to understand what the staff is saying; I 'd REALLY prefer if those with beards wear a beard net or comparable mask. I observed one customer complaining about handling food after money however, they complied and changed gloves, etc. ODDITY: I like getting a foot long Spicy Italian for $5.95 but then it might go on sale for $6.00 as part of a national promotion. Ehhhhh??? November 2017 Update: After visiting Subway in NYC and comparing the food quality to this particular location, I 'm changing my review to 5 stars. What 's more, I understand the staff better (one kind of appeared mean but he 's not) and they 're pretty nice. Solved some minor issues I had and quality is consistent.
When is Google gonna get a zero-stars option; this one star I'm giving is doing this location a kindness. The man who added the toppings to our sandwiches had the worst attitude, was stingy the the toppings, did not listen to us at all wrong toppings, wrong price and then overcharged us $20 for two combos, really?? , and then forgot how to speak English when we commented on the price...just in time to insult us in Farsi. Seriously, don't come to my neighborhood and treat me with disdain, assuming I have no options, when the only way YOU eat is if I choose to eat at your establishment! By the way, there are literal 50 Subway locations within a five mile radius of yours. Guess which one I'm NOT patronizing?
Ordered through door dash and when I received my order the order was missing an item and instead of saying it was just a mix up told me that I only paid for the items that were delivered and then told me that regarless of what MY receipt said that it wasn?t going to change. Then he rudely hung up on me while I was in the middle of a scentence. Would give that guy 0 of 5.
Unfortunately it?s not the worst subway I?ve been to but definitely nasty and unprofessional. I don?t eat meat and the sandwich maker touched my bread with meat juice on her gloves smh ??????????? so I asked politely if she can make it over but it was a problem. It was a man trying to make it better but not really. Long story short I got the sandwich made over but it was a lot of attitude. I tried to use my free cookie coupon at the end and the man told me I couldn?t, then turn around and say I can only get one cookie. The customer service was super wack and the manager was too. Still not sure if that was a manager because I asked and no one seemed to know. Got home disappointed because the sandwich tasted horrible. Sad I had to give one star. I feel like they don?t deserve a star at all
They are not as clean and definitely the drink station. I?ve came in and had to tell them to clean it because it was nasty stuff that looked like mold were the ice comes from.????????
