I stopped by to order a whole pizza. Autumn and the other guy pictures are the most disrespectful and nonchalant person I have ever interacted with. When my pizza was ready the guy in the GAP hoodie in the picture took it out of the oven and just sat it on the counter in the cold. Another employee pictured in the red shirt) realized that it had been sitting in the cold for 10 minutes and had to put it back in the oven to rewarm. Because of the inconvenience he offered to give two free drinks. Autumn and the other guy Gap hoodie) laughed about the inconvenience and said that it’s only one drink and that we could pay. The amount of energy it takes to be rude to when something is actually your fault. Based on other reviews autumn clearly is an issue. This is why young adults have such a bad rep in the working world because their attitudes suck. There also is no manger available to rectify any issues that may occur. Just kids running around in circles doing what they want to do.
A girl named Autumn was eating behind the counter and interacting with customers. I asked Autumn for a fresh slice of pizza that I saw in the back and she told me she has to sell the old burnt pizza in the front first. That was really bad customer service. And bad hygiene to be eating while serving customers.
The ? looked soooo ?. My daughter received a freebie from them for a whole small pizza. They told her that they do not participate in that deal. She was highly disappointed.
Not friendly service. The girl stared at me for a minute and finally said what do you want real smart. she was reheating pizza so I didn 't think she was ready . The food on heaters looked like it was there for 10 hours. Dry and burnt. The white pizza was decent but my husband said pepperoni was bad. We have eaten at Sbarro 's in different places for 40 years. I know how the food should have looked.
