Bidra med feedbackThis is the best Nando's I've been to. I visited here 2x while attending a conference at the Gaylord. I dined in both times and ordered online via QR code and my food was delivered to my table super easy. It's Nando's food (boneless breast with Brussels one day, spicy chicken wrap the next) served fast and with smiles. I was seated promptly and attended to service was attentive and friendly.
The food was delicious and the staff was very respectful and friendly and responsive
Food was excellent but losing points for the flawed pick up order system and the rude hostess at the front. I waited in line almost 10 minutes just to pick up an order I placed online 15 min prior. The hostess is an older Latino woman and though I get she was trying to provide good service to the customers in front of me it doesn’t take that long to place an order. Ended up getting my own food from the kitchen window and was told I’d have to wait in line again for my drink. When I tried to just ask the hostess for my drink she put her hand up to me and said one second which is extremely rude. By the time I left the restaurant the hostess was still taking the same order that’s ridiculous. Will not be coming back to this location
For what you can get in this bland and charachterless area, this is about as good as you're going to get. The food was fresh, decent taste and interesting but wildly expensive like everywhere else here. The national harbor area is about as soulless as you can imagine.
Order placed at 9:12 pm and the last chicken burger& 1 side, combo &2 sides finally came out at 9:52, minus the corn. Frontline staff were not friendly and seemed confused with what was ordered. Not sure I'll come back.
