I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is amazing. So homey. They even have cute things to purchase such as cups, bird houses, jewelry, and the like. Cute idea for a date night. The staff/owners? are so friendly. My matcha latte was cute too.Food: 5/5

I should start by saying that this review if of the tiny little offshoot of the Heritage Coffee co, down the street from the main shop, on the way back towards the port. Juneau was our first stop on an Alaskan cruise by which stage we had had three days of really dreadful coffee on board, and we were desperate for a caffeine fix. Unfortunately we found the main Heritage Coffee Co shop about 5 minutes after their closing time and so were heading, rather dejectedly back to the ship, when we found this tiny off shoot of the same company just selling coffee and not much more, two stools by a shelf in the window and the most charming young man serving behind the counter. He was chatty and friendly, clearly knowledgeable about his product and enthusiastic as to its quality. We explained our dilemma to the young man and he proceeded to serve us two wonderful cups of steaming hot coffee, offering to give us a double shot. It was velvety smooth, fragrant and super strong and, quite frankly, we almost inhaled it. Absolutely delicious. Make your way there.

Ordered tea with milk and scone, Waited for 30 minutes didn't get it. Went to barista and she said still coming. After another 15 minutes nothing, I went to the cashier for a refund then suddenly they said your tea is there for a while, yet with no scone. No body called my name, no body brought my scone and I asked she said still coming. Cashier said your order was there so no refund. After 30 minutes and this scenario and at the end it's my mistake. Of course not happy at all with the experience.

Super cute coffee shop. I got a Mexican hot chocolate latte delicious! They also have small gifts from local artists. Cozy vibe. Support and shop local!

I got to say I'm impressed. Good fresh coffee and scones just out of the oven. Large clean dining area. Plenty of tables, all different sizes. Even a couple optimized for a single guest.
