Bidra med feedbackThe girl that took my order rushed through every food I ordered. My reception says? Host: Amelia? and? Cash: Brittney?. A man took my payment in the first window. Then I went to the second window to get my food. In this window was a man in the orange polo (o was assumed the manager, but he said he was only there to help because the GM would be again the next day). The man gave me one (1) sweet tea and one (1) sprit. And I said that I had two (2) sweet teas, one (1) sprit and one (1) frosty on my order. The girl who took my order and standing in the window really catches a posture fast and said: good We can't take it back?. I said I didn't want to give it back, I just wanted all my drinks I ordered. She rolled her eyes. I said it doesn't need a setting, I just wanted the drinks I ordered. She said? Now can I just give you the tea for free?. I said no, I'm not worried about getting it for free. I paid for it. She continued to keep her posture. I told them I'd call the 1-800 and write a review. I asked the man if he was the GM and he said he was just here to help and that the GM was here tomorrow. I don't care who's responsible when or where they are. There is no need for the unnecessary setting that I was given by this girl with the nose ring. This is not a good customer service. Someone has to take care of them. She doesn't want her to represent the face of your company or shop.
Staff were friendly, food was delicious service was fast.(Salad was cold, chili was hot) I'd recommend Wendy's.
Best app deals out of the fast food apps available. Wish they had quicker pickup for those who order with the app.
Had their new breakfast menu. ITS GREAT! Refreshingly different! Love it!
I'm traveling. Bacon egg sandwich. Breakfast sandwich barely warm. Potatoes piping hot. Sandwich is the size of a slider. It is NOT like an English muffin as the clerk said. More like hoagie bread. Not worth $5.26
