Bidra med feedbackWent through the drive through. The lady at the window gave us the wrong change, we tried to explain it to her and didn?t understand. Never got a receipt. Ordered a number 6 two chicken chalupa no tomatoes. What did I get? Two beef chalupas withtomatoes. If I wanted beef I would have ordered tacos. My husband got the Mexican pizza no sour cream it was caked with sourcream.
If you had a negative numbered scale it would fit this location!!! FILTHY FLOORS, TABLES.... The chalupa shell tasted like it was made last week. If I didn't want to cause them to loose business I would have complained but since their customers were sofew already I showed them some mercy. DO NOT RECOMMEND
The staff at this restaurant consistently come across with a frustrating attitude, making it seem like customers are more of a burden than a priority. I was the only customer there, yet they still managed to get my order wrong, even after confirming it with me. I've been trying to give this location another chance because I know everyone can have an off day, but unfortunately, I’ve never had a positive experience here.
I waited between 45 minutes to an hour to place my order and receive my food, primarily because there were only about three employees working. This delay isn't a reflection of the staff's efforts; rather, it's a consequence of management and ownership not providing a living wage.
The customer service was lacking. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, even though there was only one person ahead of us. To top it off, our food order was incorrect.
