Smoothie King - Oxford

Customer service was amazing. Most of the time there is a teenager that clearly does not want to be there. However this time the lady that served me was very responsive and extremely helpful. She saw I was undecided, asked me what I liked and proceeded to make the most phenomenal shake I've had from this store. I forgot her name, but she is an outstanding employee

Made special trip to get smoothie bowl for lunch. Went inside and when I got it, it was not frozen at all. He offered to make me another one, so I waited and he remade it. It was still just liquid, not frozen at all. Two days later, I went through the drive through again, hoping it would be better. This one was worse! Just liquid, not even slushy. I called and asked for the manager. The girl (who was rude and could not have cared less) said she wasn’t there and that they leave the bowls in the fridge until they made them because they’d be frozen otherwise. I left my name and number for the manager. She has not called me back. I will drive the extra 2 miles to go back to Healthy Bowls where they are friendly and the bowls are perfect every time.

I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but the tall brown skin slender girl with braids was rude.

I came into the store today (8/16/23) to get a smoothie, I had previously had an issued with an employee being rude through the drive thru but I never left a bad review or reported it. I decided to come inside the store and the employee behind the counter did not greet my wife or I and was incredibly rude when I ordered, I did not know what the flavors were for my drink and she looked like I had punched her in the face and then rudely read off the options. The employee was the same employee that was rude to me last time. The receipt said her name was Vee. I've come to this location several times and I'm not the type to leave bad reviews. I don't know if I would consider coming back to this location especially if this employee is working there.

Tried one of the new smoothie bowls. It was watery. Turned into soup very quickly. The girl at the speaker and the drive through window was rude as well. Paid $12 for fruit soup and a nasty attitude. Oh well…
