Krystal - Oxford

The workers were really nice. But the food was just atrocious. I mean just awful, inedible. Threw most of it out.

I will start by saying the staff was polite. The food was good and hot. They only had 3 people working and seemed overwhelmed. Because of that it took 25 minutes to get my food. I don't blame the staff. Who ever is running it needs to do better. The staff apologized for the wait. 4 stars for the staff and food, 1 star for their boss.

This was the worst experience. Employees were not very friendly. They all looked like walking pin cushions.I am glad that one ladies nose wasn't any bigger or she would have had more than 3 nose rings. Was not greeted. Never said thank you. And to top that they couldn't even get the order right. Maybe if she would remove the caterpillars from her eyes she would have been able to see what she wrote down while taking my order

I have personally never had to wait this long for any kind of drive thru order in my whole entire life. I waited 30-45 minutes for 12 burgers. It?s a shame. The lady at the window was pleasant but the wait time is just too much to ever consider going back.

Lazy employees who ignore any kind of special requests. Even one a monkey could understand. But clearly they cannot. How hard is it to build a Krystal?s burger and NOT add onion. I mean it?s kind of stupid how easy it should be.
