Best food hands down,gravy biscuits are amazing,any biscuit for that matter will not disappoint. I?ve been a Jacks fan all my life,even their hamburgers and chicken are amazing prices are always good,oh and even the ice cream is great! You can find a jacks almost anywhere in Alabama,my home jacks is in southside,amazing people there I highly recommend jacks anytime you?re hungry!

I just want the TEAM who served us this morning at Jack 's to know that you are simply the best fast food team that I have ever witnessed in my 46 years of life and hundreds of thousands of miles of travel. There was a line going out to snow street of over 20 cars. We wanted some chicken biscuits, so I went in. Sigh. 10 people ahead of me. I had a great conversation with a man in line. I had my order placed in 8 minutes. In 4 minutes after placing it, they called my name. During that time I heard a manager checking an order before it went out We dont serve our customers cold pancakes! , and she was also saying positive and motivating things as well to the staff. The staff showed both racial and age diviserty, and the employess, while being efficient machines, were all smiles and there was a great mood considering that I have never seen a fast food place so busy.. The chicken biscuits are delicious. This place impressed us today!

Everyone was friendly. I stopped by and got food to take camping. Usually they have great food but the chicken I got was hard, dried out, even my rottweiler wouldn't eat it. Spent $15 for food that had to be thrown out. I was 45 minutes away in the woods and couldn't return it so I guess I could have just taken my money and thrown on the fire instead of spending it. Very sad... disappointed

Me and my fiancé were traveling through, and we never heard of Jack's. We saw they have breakfast, so we popped in for a bite. The food is VERY delicious and very hot. The gravy is some of the best I ever had, the eggs are very good, the smoked sausage sandwich is also very good. The prices are amazing for the great quality of food. I highly recommend anyone to try this place out.

I ordered a #6 on breakfast which is the sausage biscuit combo. She never repeated my order back to me. Got my order and went back to my room and it was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Took it back and the lady had the nerve to say that I ordered thisand needed a sausage biscuit. She handed me a new bag as I pulled up and checked it, it was a sausage egg and cheese biscuitthis time. So again I drove up to the window and a nice manager was waiting for me at the window and gave me my plain sausagebiscuit like I had ordered in the first place. The chicago in me was trying to come out but I'm glad the manager corrected theproblem. As far as the lady taking orders.......learn how to do your job properly and don't blame the customers for yourmistake! Won't ever go back to this location.
