Arby's - Oxford

I went thru the Drive Thru. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very Good . At the last min i noticed Turnovers as i was passing the menu sign. Since they were not busy i ask if i could add 2 turnovers. The cashier said sure no problem . But had to ring them up separate from my original order. No problem. When i was ask to pull forward i thought it was probably because i added to my order. But when the young lady brought out my order after only about 2 or 3 mins. Very short wait time. I did not ask her if both of my orders were in the bag. So after i got home and ate, I feel like it was as much my fault as theirs when my turnovers were not in the bag. When i called the next day and told them what had happened ,again they were Very nice and professional. when i went to pick them up they even gave me 2 extra. So yes i got very good service. I will change my rating from 4 to a 5. They did a great job

I had a fantastic experience with quick service at this restaurant. Aisha was extremely friendly, and the food was excellent. I placed an order worth $100, and everything was ready in under 10 minutes. I will definitely return to this location!

My partner visits this particular Arby's frequently, to the point where the staff recognizes them. The service is fantastic, and the food is great.

My best friend and I visit this restaurant twice a week after work. I always order the spicy fish sandwich meal when I'm there.
