Bidra med feedbackAs on previous visits the breadth of menu , the good quality of the food , the ambience , continues have a genuine Chinese feel about it. However the serving staff were only occasionally attentive and on 2 occasions we had to go and find them only to see them chatting amongst themselves. We enjoyed all the dishes with good portion sizes with some very adventurous options . Pricing felt a bit high
Near the bus station we chose it as a central place and also because I'd been there twice with a Chinese friend who had done all the ordering. The menu has been made user friendly for non-Chinese clients. The heat indicator seems accurate! The waiters were also helpful. We were extremely pleased with our selection which included two dishes with Szechuan pepper which numbers your mouth.. .
Worst customer service ever in my whole life. Arrived at 6pm, left at 7:30 without getting the complete order. 1 main came and was slat down on the table, then a side dish of noodles arrived 20 mins later, followed by prawns egg fried rice about 15 mins after that. 1 dish never arrived and in the end we just gave up and paid the £46 for what took 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Delivery meals were flying out of the kitchen at speed. Not so with ours. Shame, as we were visiting Oxford for a family meet up and wanted a nice treat but left dissapointed.
Such an amazing range of food, fab service and friendly staff. I went with a big group and we had such a fun time. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
