Bidra med feedbackWe are locals living in Arundel and like to visit this restaurant regularly. The food is absolutely beautiful!!!!... You have the choice of choosing your meal from medium to hot... which we always select hot!... We have never had a bad curry here, and the customer service is lovely.Im surprised that the actual restaurant is not as full as it could/should be.... I have even had the chef come out and give me a 'taste test' on the heat before he serves it to me!!!We highly recommend this Indian food!!!!
I can't understand how this restaurant isn't packed to the rafters! The food is always consistently good and, whilst service can be slow, the option of take away or eating in is available. We probably use the restaurant once a month and rarely do we see another soul in the place. They don't take American Express, however, will accept all other cards. The restaurant is licensed but you can bring your own as well. The terrace area is great to eat from on balmy summer's nights, although the traffic noise from a major road can intrude at times - we find it better to eat in the dining area. The curries are varied and authentic. You can ask for mild medium or hot - great for personalising the palette! When ordering take away and you are told 15 to 20 minutes, don't be surprised if it takes half an hour or so. Definitely a local place to try.
We thought we would take a chance and try something different to our usual favourite Indian out here North of the Gold Coast. We are so glad we did. the food is delicious with so many beautiful spices dancing all over your taste buds. we travel all over the world especially India and this food was fantastic. The service from the chef and owner Darshna was sweet and genuine and informative. the decor is simple and obviously done with love. Tables are set with real white tablecloths and care. I will be back next week and will make this on the top list of my regular and favourite restaurants.
This is some of the best Indian food I've had on the Gold Coast ever. Reasonably priced and generous portions for the meals. We have eaten in the restaurant and had take away many times and the service has always been incredibly friendly and caring. This is one gem on the north side that should not be missed.
We decided that Indian was the go for dinner so looked up something close, had never been there had heard nothing about them. We were pleasantly surprised, food was 1 of the best Indian food I have eaten, it's a family affair, husband is the chef wife front of house also helps in kitchen, she was great explained how everything was freshly cooked how it was cooked even explained about Roti to me as I could never find the particular Roti I like (it's called by a different name in restaurants) you can even take your dog as long as you don't mind sitting outside
