Bidra med feedbackWas doordashing for fun having a rough morning wanted an ice capp even though I know they could tell I wasn't having a good day still the greatest customer service I've ever received very clean very polite you can tell they work hard and care about their work.
This was my first time at a Tim Hortons, so for my initial experience everything tasted great and the price was very affordable, but our hot coffee was COLD, the sweet tea was UNSWEETENED, and the food was crammed into the bag and made a big mess. It was worth trying and I'll definitely head back sometime again, but some of those simple details should to be addressed.
My mom went through the drive through for some gift cards, they told her she had to come in to get the gift cards? When she got in there she was just asking why she has to come in to get the gift cards and what difference did it make. The girl with the blue hair yelled at her and told her stop being rude! When she wasn’t being rude at all. After that, my mom started talking to another guy in the lobby.. obviously the girl behind the counter didn’t know what my mom was talking to the guy about and the girl yelled at her again mid conversation telling her to stop being rude! Customer service is unbelievably terrible these days and this girl should be fired.
Placed online order. When I arrived, their machine was not working to make my wife's drink. Had to ask what could be made done for alternative. When I got home, our order was missing half of the items that we ordered. I tried calling to no answer so I left a message but still had to drive back to the store because of no call back. I arrived back at the store just to be told I could not receive my missing items because they stopped making them for the day. Again was not offered any alternative and could not do be given a refund because the manager had yet to arrive for the day. The team member took my number and said that the manager would call me with a resolution. I have yet to receive any follow up to this situation and what turned out to be an experience that ranks as one of the poorest I have ever experienced as a customer.
The first 3 items we ordered were discontinued, even though they were still being advertised on the menu screen. Our bagel was cut into fourths, the cream cheese was stuffed into the hole of the bagel instead of spread on the bagel. I was charged for an extra specialty drink, and upon explaining this at the pick up window, I was told that “we can’t change it, so we’ll just have to make the drink for you.” The iced Capps we ordered had NO whipped cream, despite my clear instruction to make sure it was included. My honey crueler was frozen, and there was no buttercream or Carmel added to the buttercream caramel drink that I had ordered. The employees were rude, inconsiderate, and unqualified to run a lemonade stand, let alone a fast food restaurant. Tim Hortons as a franchise is fantastic, and almost all of my experiences with them have been excellent, but the Owosso location is consistently poor, both in quality and service.
