Long John Silver's - Owensboro

It was the best experience i've had in a long long time from CSRs anywhere. It was great from beginning to end. The food was delicious and the grilled shrimp was fantastic. I relayed my experience via survey and messaging the company. Go experience it for yourself!

The most horrible experience , and the food was the worst.

This is the second time at this location. The first time was totally a 5 plus. ,but this time the food wasn't as hot the fish wasn't fully battered on several pieces. I asked for ketchup because both containers were empty.And the heavy set women behind the counter just rolled her eyes and said I'll go get you some ketchup in a very condescending way.If I see her there again I will leave..I am pretty sure she was a manager of an assistant.

Parking: It can be a challenge getting out of parking lot at times.

I ordered two clam dinners the clams were hard the fries were cold hush puppies cold.
