Subway - Owen Sound

I purchased a $25 gift card, but when it came time to pay, the total was $28.75. I inquired about the automatically added tip with no option to refuse, and it was removed. Just a heads up that a tip may be added without the ability to decline it.

I have spent a lot of money at the 10th Street store in Owen Sound. The restaurant really needs to pay more attention to getting orders correct when they are written down for them. I specifically requested a BLT, not a BMT sandwich, as the spicy meat that was mistakenly included causes me great chest pain. Despite informing the staff that I wanted a BLT, not a BMT, they still made the error. I believe they should compensate for their mistake, especially given the specific instructions provided.

I visited this restaurant with my family and we all ordered the tuna footlong sandwiches. Everything was incredibly fresh - from the bread to the veggies and sauces. We enjoyed every bite and would definitely recommend this place for a quick meal.

Pre ordered subs by phone in early afternnoon and was talking with James, said I would pick up at 4.30pm, when I arrived James was not there and my subs had not been made. Really disappointing and no sorry or anything from the young staff. They really let me down on a day I was in a hurry.

Great fresh veggies for the subs, lots of variety , service always good , only knock is the seating area is rather small
