Waffle House - Owasso

I was having a bad experience with my server making me wait too long. I just wanted a waffle... But then, another server named Tam came to the rescue and took care of my order. She then offered a hug as a sincere apology for my beginning experience. I took the hug.

Bad experience but ended well there was hair in my food I returned for refund a nonchalant unemotional waitress told me i would have to come back on shift food was purchsed for my refund now I have to make 3 trips which I live in tulsa not Owasso but Manger Cam was very polite apologetic and got me taken care of correctly

The cook seemed to not be able to understand over medium. The typical strong coffee was very watery and old. It was not your typical Waffle House atmosphere.
