Bidra med feedbackYummy chicken Salad! The smoothies taste so much better than others places
Such a cute little place! That’s just the beginning, we ordered salads and they were so fresh and so good. Homemade on the spot avocado ranch dressing. There smoothies are so unique and tasty. Something for everyone from sweeter healthy smoothies to more tart and tasty veggie smoothies. OH and they use REAL fruit for their smoothies.Very friendly and positive staff and owner was very kind. Good customer service.Only complaint I have is that setting outside eating I had to stare at a parking lot rather than the ocean or the mountains ?Seriously, little known gem in Owasso. And Owasso has very little truly healthy restaurants.
I ordered a salad today and it was delicious! The chicken was incredibly tasty! I will most definitely be ordering again! Everything was so fresh and the staff was very friendly and super nice to all my kiddos!
Delicious smoothies and create your own salads. Everything is very fresh and yummy! I would definitely recommend grabbing a healthy treat at this locally owned business.
The Grove is tucked back in the corner of a strip mall and it took me a while to find it. (It 's behind Needful Things in The Shops on 86th. The menu is pretty large and everything looked healthy and delicious. I tried the Boardwalk just because of all the ingredients: carrot, sweet potato, summer squash, spinach, banana, pineapple, honey, almond milk, and vanilla protein. It was delicious. The owner was training a new employee and I watched them make my smoothie. Know that everything here is super fresh. They were bringing out small ziploc premeasured bags that had been prepared by staff, not shipped in flash frozen. So, I got to see all the fresh veggies and fruits go in. They also offer smoothie bowls which looked delicious. Small place so get it to go. The website states there 's a salad bar coming soon. The store offers protein powders, homemade soaps and other items for sale. There 's also a life coach and another vendor inside as well (maybe a reiki practitioner???? . Eclectic place. That 's always a complement in my book! Ironically after our Tropical Smoothie Cafe opened in town was when I found out that The Grove had been open for some time. I actually did a comparison tasting between the two. I think The Grove won--maybe it was just because I got to see all the freshness and care put into my smoothie. If you look around at area businesses, you can find a coupon for a free smoothie. (I found mine at Farm Hippie in Collinsville.
