Bidra med feedbackThe customer service from the girl handing out free samples was excellent. We told her it was cold and she changed it. But then when I went to order, the Asian lady behind the counter (cashier) was very rude. This food has no flavor and tastes burnt. I wouldn’t go back here.
Whites or “white passing” only. If you’re poc, save your money because you will be discriminated against and it will be very obvious and embarrassing. First time I thought it was an oversight, second time I thought it was a mistake, but today when I paid for extra chicken and received a half portion of food, I realized it wasn’t a coincidence. I’ve always given them the benefit of the doubt. I didn’t want to make a scene for $11.21 so I waited until I got to my car to call and tell the woman there was an error and her exact words, “I don’t know what to say. Sorry. I don’t remember you.” I’m not expecting her to remember me, but the least she could do was offer to fix it. I had my receipt showing it was a special order and I paid extra for chicken. There was even the toothpick stuck on the box to indicate I paid for extra chicken. The cook removed it, added the few pieces of chicken and said done. I was in shock and disbelief. Because as I’m closing my box, the guy behind me with the exact same order gets an overflowing amount of chicken. I wish I was making it up. I never pull the “race card”. But when there are five other boxes ahead of yours and you can see what goes in for which customer, you are only left with one explanation. However, the reviews will be continue to be high because Oviedo is full of their “preferred customers.”
Been going to this same location since I was little. It never ever disappoints. Its also quick too.
This is one of the greatest places of cuisine in all of Central Florida. If I had the authority to grant Michelin Stars, this restaurant would have six of them, easily!This place is a hidden gem and I am genuine and, dare I say, pleading in my request for anybody in the Central Florida area to journey here and order their Sarku Chicken with white rice and no vegetables.When I think about the reality that people will look at this review and potentially miss out on trying this cuisine, I feel overcome with emotions of negativity at their missed opportunity. My heart weeps for any who have not yet experienced this establishment. I beg of you, reading this, to partake in the experience. You will not regret it.Good luck on your journey, and thank you to Sarku Japan for the exceptional experience you have crafted for myself and my friends in our youthful time on this earth.
This place Teriyaki Japan or Sarku Japan is a horrible place. The Oriental Cashier who apparently is the owner is very mean, rude, and have attitude against Hispanics. I'm going to sue her for this. If anyone else wants to join, you are welcome. My email is bvilladiego@hotmail, just let me know. This person has to pay for her actions. This interaction between me and the rude cashier (owner) honestly made me not to want to come here anymore. This was definitely my last visit here. Very rude management. Cashier (Owner) have no respect for her customers, they will literally throw your change back at you. I would not recommend this to anyone.
