The Boat Inn - Overton

The first time to the boat and we do not live so far away. beautiful location directly at the river dee. great seating area in the free and beautiful at the sunshine. staff very friendly and helpful. the decor inside is just so beautiful. we had the steak-belt and chips and the hog-bass. both were so delicious and the burger was beautiful and juicy. the tomatensalsa also went well with the burger. the black rate with filling was beautiful. in any case a nice place to visit and beautiful and out of the way.

What a transformation. I have visited the boat in most of his guises in the run of the years and the current castings have nailed it. while maintaining the cozy, quirky comfort of the original building, they have redesigned the more modern extensions to a far better way than previous peculiarities. it is stylish, light and flowing. I was really impressed by the number of employees. it meant that the service was immediately and we were well looked after. I'd like to have ordered everything. as it was, I went veggie and starter, head and dessert were all top notch. The boat inn was impressive, my venison pie was beautiful and the sweet very well cooked. the dish should have been served with chips, but the staff was very happy to swap crushed kartoffels. is more important that my wife is vegetarian, we fight to find places that have something else and also not go straight to vegan. her garlic mushroom scum was very well made and the other dishes available looked interesting. also the personal was attentive and efficient, whatever is a bonus. we have added the boat inn to our lists and will definitely return.

What a stunning little find in the beautiful Erbistock. Plenty of gorgeous outdoor seating by the river and a calm and tranquil setting inside. Food looked lovely although we didn't eat today and the drinks selection was vast. We will definitely be back
