Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I'm a bit disappointed with this location. I drove out there on my lunch twice now and they were closed. Even tho maps shows they are open. I love the chicken salads and that's why I was going. They need to update thier hours if they won't be open.

Very upset on this place not been communicating about there store close went all the way out there just to find in closed drove from Kansas city when you search zaxbys and cleary shows its open very misleading then you call there no update on the answering machine. Went to your location at 135th street last night around 7pm for my son's birthday. Waited at order speaker for 15 minutes with no one there to answer. Drove around to the window incase the speaker was broken. Waited for 5 more minutes. No one home. Cars lining up behind me. I left. And you lost my business.

Is this place even open? We went last week and no one was there. I’ve tried calling and no one answers.

I called to place a catering order this evening and was greeted by a person by the name of Allen(who claims to be the GM) but refused to take my catering order. He claimed that he had closed the registers for the night, which was 15 minutes before the posted store hours. If thats the case, why even answer the phone?
