Papa Johns Pizza - Overland Park

Try to order a delivery order on a Saturday night. was suspended 4 times. I then tried to do an online order, and they shut down the system so I just have to run. Your pizza is not so great. go over your wolves. Nothing that can't fix a quick door order. happy to buy the delivery to other place.

After a long weekend of moving, we called to place an order for a pizza. They took our money promptly, but then NEVER delivered our pizza. Even worse, after over an hour of waiting we tried to call back to check on it, but they were closed. Absolute WORST.

If you enjoy pizza an hour late, ice cold, and served with warm soda then this is your place.

I 'm leaving this more as a complaint because I am unable to talk to a person as the store closed at 8. My order was near and hour late and when it arrived it was stone cold and missing 2 of my items. When I did call during store hours (so it would appear) the man on the phone explanation for such a late order was we are short staffed like everyone else. Now I 've worked in the service industry all of my working life and I find that to be just rubbish reasoning and terrible way to address a customer. Papa Johns is good pizza and shouldn 't be eaten stone cold! Not to mention I should expect polite customer service and not a dismissive attitude after being on hold for 10 minutes!

1 person has been working the lunch here...1. Orders are all about an hour or more behind consistently. Quit taking advantage of desperate workers and actually pay a fair wage!
