Old Town Pizza - Overland Park

I was disappointed with this restaurant. It is so close to my new home that I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, we were the only customers in the restaurant and I had to get my own cutlery from the server station. No refills were offered and the staff seemed inattentive, sitting at a table together on their phones. The bathrooms were not even clean. The thin pizza crust was the best part, but the pizza itself was nothing special. I will be going to Minsky's next time, which is only 10 minutes away.

This would be an excellent spot for a book club meeting. The service was fantastic, and the pizza was delicious as well.

I am not satisfied with my experience at this restaurant. I have been a customer for 6 years and placed a pizza order over the phone. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived on time, provided my name, and was prepared to pay. However, the young man serving me went to check on my order and returned without saying anything. It became apparent that my pizza was not ready. After waiting for 5 minutes, he asked me if I wanted a drink instead of addressing the pizza situation. When I inquired about my order, he informed me that it would take an additional 15 minutes. I asked him if they had forgotten to submit the order, and he admitted that they had indeed forgotten. I am extremely disappointed that I had to leave without receiving my order and that the staff did not take responsibility for their mistake. Mistakes happen, but this lack of accountability reflects poorly on the management.

Good tasting pizza, but some pretty disappointing appetizers. We were the only table in the restaurant and it took forever to get a refill of water. Our server either had no idea about the menu/specialties etc. or not?

We are newly gluten free family and tried the cheese and the taco pizza. Both were excellent! The kids didn't even complain like they have on most of the gluten free options we have tried :
