Bidra med feedbackStayed here once when all the 'corporate ' hotels in OP were booked. Have stayed over a dozen times since in the past few months. Why? Always clean, the kids behind the desk are super polite, and they put me in a quiet corner room when they can. Breakfast isn 't horrible. If I had one complaint it would be that in alot of the rooms you can 't access streaming on the TV. But if you want a comfy good nights sleep (and a quick workout/jump in the pool), this is the place.
I came in at 3:17 pm. There was a large group in front of us which is fine. We waited until 3:25 to be checked in. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. When we specifically asked to be on the 1st floor. 8 weeks ago when we made the reservation. I was told multiple times that we would have one within the last few weeks as well. Then I was told he would try to accommodate us. So i stepped to the side. I waited another 25 mins in line. As the gentleman at the counter said to let him check in the people that were there. Which is fine. But why should i wait an hour to get a room i already asked for specifically when you did not honor your accommodations. When I to the counter he said can I help you like he had no idea what was wrong. When I had been standing in front if him in the lobby the whole time. While I was waiting the second time the group that came in and checked in before us the first time. came back down and exchanged there 3rd floor room for a first floor room. Huh but told us he didn't have any available. Then the couple that was in between Me and them while I waited the second time. Checked in with the app and got a 1st floor room. This is ridiculous. We are not asking for pleasure it is for walking restrictions of a hotel guest. Also while I was waiting to check in there was multiple other customers who also were having issues with them accommodating them accordingly with their requests.
Terrible experience. The people in the room next to us were screaming, fighting, and breaking things from 1 am to 5 am. I contacted the front desk personnel who knocked on two different occasions and asked them to be quiet. They continued to scream and make a physical commotion, and we were unable to sleep the night before an important event and long car trip home. We contacted the hotel manager twice and the Hampton Inn customer service once and neither have responded to our concerns. Very disappointing stay and a complete lack of customer service. We have stayed with this hotel chain on many occasions, but will not say with them again since they ignored our concerns.
Great place to stay! Very clean and well maintained!
May 2024. Hotel was excellent, clean and well kept inside and out. Bed was very comfortable. Service great.
