Buffalo Wild Wings - Overland Park

Bartender with the long fake black nails and glasses wasn’t the friendliest, and it was annoying having to repeat parts of my order to her. Hope I get someone different next time.

Overland park Bww was not a great experience I went in to dine alone and got some judgement, the waiter was polite but snippy I'm sure he was having a rough day which happens to the best of us, the problem was the wings at this location were super small and some were so burnt the meat was literally like charcoal wth and my side of queso that you have to pay for was a small black cup that was only halfway filled.

This location is terrible. More often then not they are rude, orders are incorrect or the staff does not communicate. I am not one to normally write reviews so if I do it that should speak volumes. Tonight was no different. The manger on duty, Venessa, was highly unprofessional when handling our complaints. My wife’s food was dry, luke warm at best and the waiter, Missy, only came back after serving us to give us our check. Do yourself a favor. Keep driving!

Food and service good. But when they have a lot of carry out, the dine in customer gets left behind.
