Bidra med feedbackThis vegetarian café serves up dishes made entirely from scratch! The salads taste incredibly fresh, with edible flowers grown by the owners themselves. Eating here is a mindful experience, complemented by soothing background music selected by the owner. When visiting Lamma Island, be sure to stop by this café run by a talented musician. The lunch prices are reasonable and the overall experience is highly recommended. I felt a sense of peace here after escaping the stress of the city. Definitely worth a visit!
This café offers a variety of dressings, including a fixed daily meal which is a good deal. While vegan options are limited, most dishes can be made without dairy if requested. The staff is skilled and friendly, and they are able to accommodate special dietary needs. I was impressed with the mushroom soup made with soy milk instead of cream that I ordered as my first course. The food was delicious and well-prepared. My almond milk latte was also quite large and tasty. There are Ocarina flutes displayed for sale in the café. The downside is that there is no wifi and there is a rule against loud noises inside the café. Even though I was the only guest present during my visit, the staff enforced this rule strictly. They also tend to overdo it with the air conditioning. I would consider returning, but only if I can sit outside.
I have discussed whether to go with 3 or 4 stars (this is a 3.5 for me.) I visited during Easter holidays when many people were on lamma island. the only option that lee ocarina had was a elaborate lunch menu that cost at hkd 178 (without service). while hkd 178 for lamma is a little expensive, it is probably good in considering the amount of food. I asked if they offered an a la carte option where I could only choose one pornstar, but they said they could only provide the set. it would be great if they could be more flexible with their offered. the food itself tasted good and contained various elements: oyster mushrooms (produced to look like scallops) red beet soup (vegan option) mock meat satay skewers burritos with veg and portobello mushrooms with salat (selecting at least 4 option) drink to hkd44 (I have chosen a heel milk latte) good understanding of veganism (d. everyone got his food at a time. I was in a group of 5 and a girl was still getting her risotto when we all were our main thing. they must also be patient.
This vegetarian cafe offers a truly heartfelt menu, all made from scratch! The salads taste incredibly fresh, with edible flowers grown by the female owners themselves. Enjoy a mindful dining experience at this cafe, enhanced by soothing background music curated by the owner. Be sure to visit them on Lamma Island. The owner is also a talented musician. The lunch prices are reasonable and the experience comes highly recommended. I feel a sense of peace here, away from the stresses of the city. It's an experience worth trying.
I wanted to try this place because last time we had a terrible experience in the bookworm cafe. I would repeat the comments from ryecatcher and stevie: the staff was excellent: friendly, attentive and knowledgeable; the food was good and decent; but I would recommend sitting outside. ocarina music is all good and good, but with only three songs on the loop becomes something repetitiw. I will go back to the island next time! updated by previous review on 2017-02-20
