The food was exceptional, comforting home made food. It was a taste of the traditional Portuguese cuisine. The best was the attention from the waiters they were super loving and friendly.

Excellent family run restaurant right around the corner from the shrine in Fatima. The food was fantastic; among the best I’ve had in Portugal. The owners were VERY knowledgeable about what is and is not gluten free. The menu isn’t marked, but they went through it item by item with us. They also had different vegetables and rice for the gluten free member of our party. The dessert menu is marked for gluten free items, and they have many choices. The bread unfortunately is not gluten free, but for the non-GF people in our group it was free and included in the meal (which is unusual in Portugal). Finally, they offered a complementary taste of port wine with my dessert, a nice touch. Highly recommended, and at only 47€ for a party of four, a great value, too.

Everything was perfect. Food was good, the owner was so nice, and her homemade dessert was just wow!!!!!
