Tuba Food Lounge - Oulu

I thoroughly enjoyed the mushroom pizza, the crust was excellent. The seitan pizza was decent. I was hoping to sample their vegan burgers, but they were consistently unavailable. The prices for vegan items are a bit high, but they do offer a student discount.

The restaurant offers a variety of vegan options including pizza, kebabs, and burgers, all of which are quite enjoyable. Upon ordering, we were informed that our food may take up to an hour, which we were okay with. However, it ended up taking 1.5 hours and customers who arrived after us (and ordered pizza, not burgers) received their food before us. Despite the long wait, the pizza was delicious. It costs approximately 16€ for one pizza.

I have visited Tuba a few times for their themed Saturday brunches and have never been disappointed! The a la carte menu also offers several vegan options. The food has always been excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, with eclectic plates, mugs, and retro textiles. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Oulu. Be sure to check their website/Facebook for brunch dates and themes. Reservations are recommended for brunch.

I went to Tuba casually by passing by, and I've been amazed! The ambiance is pretty relaxed and friendly (there has been a concert following my dinner). I had a seitan burger with mixed fried root veggies (normal fries and sweet potatoe fries also available with vegan mayo or aïoli). The food was good and it was a very generous and fulfilling plate : just what I needed! And very important detail : they've got oat drink for your coffee or tea!

The pizza was delicious, although I want the cheese to be mixed and more melted. the interieur is very interesting.
